Description of Work

Tonco Building Services is currently delivering a comprehensive upgrade program at 23 Thornton Street, Darling Point, involving
multiple concurrent projects to improve building safety, structural performance, and functionality. Key works include
construction of a new fire hydrant room, upgrades to sewer infrastructure, installation of concrete piles to strengthen
foundations, refurbishment of the pool area, and modernisation of lobby spaces. Additionally, a fire services
upgrade is scheduled to enhance compliance and operational reliability. The staged works are being delivered in
accordance with current regulatory requirements, with most projects in progress and completion targeted between April
and July 2026, ensuring improved resilience, amenity, and long-term asset performance.
