Description of Work

Tonco Building Services is delivering a staged external and structural upgrade project at 3 Lowe St, Clovelly, aimed at improving
building durability, safety, and overall presentation. Works include full site establishment and scaffolding, roof works including fascia, gutters, downpipes, asbestos
removal, and re-sheeting. Structural upgrades to balcony areas involve excavation, new footings, and slab construction, followed by balcony and main entrance
works. Additional improvements include installation of flashings and windows, and full external rendering. The project concludes with final completion works, ensuring enhanced
weather protection, structural integrity, and a refreshed external finish.
