Bellevue Hill Structure Upgrade

Description of Work

Tonco Building Services is currently undertaking a structural and architectural upgrade project across Units 1, 3, and 4 at Streatfield Road, Bellevue Hill, focused on improving structural stability, functionality, and outdoor amenity. Key works include installation of new structural concrete piles, footings, and columns to support a new substructure, along with modifications to existing brickwork and installation of a commercial-grade sliding door system. Additional upgrades include new aluminium privacy screens, glass balustrades, waterproofing and tiling to external areas, and associated hydraulic and electrical services.
